ERS Recycling Policy

At ERS, we take environmental issues very seriously and make

every effort to minimise waste and preserve resources, helping

to reduce impact on the earth’s environment.

We work closely with our supply partners to maintain

standards and protocol on environmental issues and as standard practice, we run a strict office policy to ensure that our company ethics, policies and beliefs are always upheld and maintained. Whenever possible we use “green” office products.   Our accounts system is fully accessible online for our Customers to view and pay their invoices so as an incentive to be more environmentally-friendly, we do charge an extra fee if a customer wishes to have a paper copy of their invoice sent to them in the post. 

All computer and peripheral equipment at ERS has the latest power-saving facilities to reduce power consumption. Our waste paper and plastics are separated out and recycled.   Security for our customers remains our priority so any confidential documents are shredded at the highest security level by using Fellows Safe Sense® technology before being recycled.
