1: Protecting Your Privacy
[1.1] Your privacy is paramount to us. ERS pledges to be responsible when gathering your personal information and to protect your privacy. Although this Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights, it does serve as an expression of the ERS commitment to protecting private personal information. ERS reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and will notify users of any material changes by updating the policy here and by including a "NEWLY UPDATED" label with the "PRIVACY POLICY" link on the web sites governed by this policy for 30 days after any material changes are made.
[1.2] This Privacy Notice should answer your questions about the sources and kinds of information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared with others, and how we safeguard its confidentiality and security. We also provide you with ways to correct the data you provide us and to limit our sharing of this data with third parties.
2: Information We Collect And How We Collect It
[2.1] In order to facilitate your needs, and manage our business, we collect and maintain personal information about you. ERS collects customer information from many sources to understand and meet your needs. We collect personal information about you from:
- You, when you voluntarily provide us with information;
- Your browser, when you visit our websites and your browser interacts with us;
- Your transactions with any of the companies in the ETT International family
- Other sources, in connection with providing your telecommunication needs and services.
[2.2] The personal information we collect about you through these various sources may include, but is not limited to:
- Name, addresses and telephone numbers
- Email addresses, fax numbers and mobile numbers
- Nationality and country of residence
- Personal information provided via survey, focus group or other marketing research efforts
- Personal information provided to customer-service representatives to research and resolve issues or questions
- Corporate-contract, employer and/or other corporate affiliation (i.e. employer name, title, address and contact information)
3 Aggregate information
[3.1] In addition to obtaining your personal information, when you use our site, we may collect tracking information such as your browser type, the type of operating system you use, the name of your Internet service provider, and pages visited on the site. ERS gets this information by using technologies, including cookies and web beacons to increase the functionality and user-friendliness of our site and to better tailor our site to our visitors' needs. We also use this information to verify that visitors meet the criteria required to process their requests. None of this tracking information identifies you personally; we collect it for reporting onsite activity in the aggregate. For example, we may want to know how long the average user spends on our site or which pages or features get the most attention.
[3.2] The ERS software requires that you enable cookies. We do this because it is the most secure means to permit login access to your version of ERS. Cookies are very small text files stored on your computer by your web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator etc). The cookies we store include times and dates you logged in and one piece of personal information - your user name. Cookies are used by the worlds most trusted financial institutions and are required when you do online banking because they provide the best security available. The ERS website application's also uses cookies. The ERS's website cookies include a time stamp and include no personal information. Their purpose is to help us monitor how our website is used and the information provided helps us to create a more user friendly website - one that helps you find the information you need more quickly.
4: Minors
[4.1] ERS does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever.
[4.2] ERS is committed to the protection of children's privacy. All ERS users must be at least 13 years of age. Given the online and always available nature of the ERS service, we cannot verify the age of all our subscribers, or the records they keep. Since data collected by ERS is wholly owned by you - the ERS subscriber - it is your responsibility to collect and share only that information for which you are legally permitted. ERS does not market its services to children under the age of 13.
5: How Your Information Will Be Used
[5.1] The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our services to you. In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:
- To provide you with information requested from us, relating to our products or services. To provide information on other products which we feel may be of interest to you, where you have consented to receive such information.
- To meet our contractual commitments to you.
- To notify you about any changes to our website, such as improvements or service/product changes, that may affect our service.
- If you are an existing customer, we may contact you with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.
[5.2] Further, we may use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, so that you can be provided with information about unrelated goods and services which we consider may be of interest to you. We or they may contact you about these goods and services by any of the methods that you consented at the time your information was collected.
[5.3] If you are a new customer, we will only contact you only when you have provided consent and only by those means you provided consent for.
[5.4] Please be advised that we do not reveal information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers but we may, on occasion, provide them with aggregate statistical information about our visitors.
6: Credit or Debit Card
[6.1] If you are a Subscriber of any of our businesses, we don't collect your credit card information for billing purposes and you need to pay your invoices manually. Our merchant provider have the sole and complete responsibility for the storage of credit card and payment information. The name on your card statement will be ETT INTL.
7: How You Can Opt Out of Marketing Communication and Sharing of your Information with Third Parties
[7.1] If you do not want ERS to use or share your personal information for the purpose of sending you marketing or promotional materials, please click on 'Update my subscription service" below to submit your request.
[7.2] If you are a member of one of our corporate or business-to-business programs, your company's designated representative may have to call directly if you choose to change your choice. Your request will be handled promptly but you may still receive marketing communications that were already in process prior to receipt of your request.
8: Managing Your Email Product Subscriptions
[8.1] You can subscribe to or opt out of the ERS' email products or update your personal account preferences by clicking here.
9: Storing Your Personal Data
[9.1] By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that your data is treated securely and in agreement with this Privacy Policy.
[9.2] Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our site will be encrypted to ensure its safety.
[9.3] The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk. Where we have given you a password so that you can access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
10: Disclosing Your Information
[10.1] Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group. This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any).

- Where we sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party.
- Where we are legally required to disclose your information.

[11.1] You mind find links to third party websites on our website. These websites should have their own privacy policies which you should check. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.

[12.1] Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you can make a formal request for the following information:
- clarification that your personal data are being processed by ETT International
- a description and copies of such personal data
- the reasons why such data are being processed
- details of to whom they are or may be disclosed
