ERS Relay is pleased to announce the launch of a new feature called the ERS Canned Message system where you can store all of your frequently used info for use during your relay calls; details such as your address details, account or reference numbers or favorite pizza takeaway order. You can now add and edit your own personal canned messages in your account and the next time you make a call, just select your chosen canned message from the drop-down list and our relay operator will be able to relay that in a faster way while you can sit and relax!
