ERS Relay launches a new local phone numbering system to allow the clients to setup a personal local phone number with us so that they can make and receive calls direct instead of using a 5 digit prefix before the phone number. If you have a home phone number, why don’t you transfer the number to us and we will take care of everything!
ERS is the only relay company in Austrlia to provide a direct dial phone number. Our CEO, Marcus signs ‘It is a important moment for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing people in Australia to be able to make and receive calls via a direct local phone number. It’s all about an equal service for all!’.
